Returns and Exchanges

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

Items that cannot be returned
For health protection and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of cosmetics and fragrances that have been unsealed, opened or used after delivery. Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, with intact seals and protective film.

How to return an item

1. Send us an email at info@denvora.net within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the items you wish to return.
2. We will confirm your request and send you the return address and instructions.
3. Send the items back within 14 days of notifying us.

The cost of return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered.

Refunds
We will refund the cost of the returned items and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the items back or you have provided proof of sending them, whichever comes first. The refund is made using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless agreed otherwise.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, or an item that differs from your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@denvora.net. Include your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will offer a replacement or a refund, and cover the return shipping costs.

Exchanges
Unopened products in their original packaging can be exchanged for another item, subject to availability. To arrange an exchange, please contact us by email info@denvora.net.
